Put your first app live
Take an app from Lovable or GitHub and give it a secure address that only your team can open.
Why do this
An app on your laptop or in a Lovable preview is hard to share safely. When you put it on Apervia, it gets its own address, every visitor signs in first, and you choose who can open it.
Before you start
- You can sign in to the Apervia console.
- Your app is in a GitHub repository. Lovable can push your project to GitHub for you.
Put the app live
Create the app
In the console, open Manage apps and select New app. Give it a name that people will recognise. The name becomes part of the address, and you cannot change that part later.
Connect the code base
Open the Code base page of the app and connect your GitHub repository. Apervia adds a small GitHub Actions workflow to the repository. You do not need to copy a password or a key.
Push a change
Push to your main branch. GitHub builds the app and sends it to Apervia. The first release takes a few minutes.
Open the app
When the release is ready, the console shows the address of the app. Open it. You sign in, and then you see your app.
Only you can open it at first
A new app is private. Only you and the other builders of the app can open it. To let other people in, publish it to a team.
